It has increased slightly women who practice sports in recent years.

The reason generalized to practice it, according to the 3.ooo women surveyed, is health versus losing weight which is positioned in second place.

To bad habits are added reasons such as the consumption of: tobacco, alcohol and lack of motivation.

The concern of the study comes when it is clear that 40% confesses to dedicate more than 3 overtime, outside working hours, to screen consumption, whether in tablets, mobiles, computers.

Are we on the right path for women to decide to lead healthy lifestyle habits?

“Women are jugglers of life to reconcile the personal and work environment”
