World Cycling Day
"Nothing is comparable to the simple pleasure of riding a bicycle," because something as simple as pedaling has become a sport that is raging on our roads. Quite fault of it is the triathlon, a sport that combines three fantastic sports modalities: swimming, career y Cycling which has motivated a large number of athletes to the challenge of continuing to exceed goals. This combination has penetrated very deeply in those athletes a little tired of the monotony of their workouts, when they were only engaged in swimming for jogging or cycling.
It is a pleasure to go out on the road and watch cyclists ride with their latest generation bicycles enjoying the sport and preparing the competitions that are spread across our islands.
Some tips for those who want to enter this fascinating world:
Programming Languages: adjust the level of your workouts to your physical condition, if you are going to take this seriously, it would be ideal if you receive advice from a trainer. Copying what your colleague does may not be right for you and can often cause injuries.
Team: the bicycle will be your work tool and as such it must be perfectly calibrated to your body measurements to maximize the power of your muscles, mainly the height of the seat and handlebars.
Dress: it must be adapted to the weather conditions, for example in the summer months dark clothes are not recommended, the helmet is essential to increase your safety in case of fall.
Hydration: never go out with your bike if you do not have a good supply of fluid, remember that being thirsty is synonymous with dehydration and therefore loss of performance. You must drink to avoid thirst and not to satisfy it.
And finally, always carry your mobile phone to ask for help if necessary.
