Be careful when you start running!

Running is good to health but we must respect certain criteria to be able to enjoy a career without this becoming painful.

You have to make sure you have the correct shoes because run with footwear worn out or inadequate will cause ailments and injuries in the medium or long term.

It is interesting to go to a specialized store that will advise us on the shoes to use according to our morphology and the type of "running" we are going to practice (asphalt, dirt, track, mountain, varied), existing for each of these modalities a specific footwear.

We must always start with a good warm-up and end with stretching. Warming allows blood vessels to dilate. In this way the muscles receive a good extra supply of oxygen optimizing muscle flexibility and efficiency.. Following a good warm-up routine, before going for a run, is essential to achieve the proposed objectives without suffering damage to our body.

As crucial as warming are the final stretches that allow us to gradually lower blood pressure, heart rate and body temperature.

The biggest annoyance of novice runners are usually the kneesA fatal combination of weak muscles, overweight and poor technique usually cause this ailment.

If there is no correct support when impacting the feet against the ground, the tendons and muscles are tightened causing bad posture which becomes the origin of the problem.

Having the right shoes and a good technique will allow us to make the right progress reducing the risk of injuries.

It is always better to sin as a precaution and, given a nuisance that prevents us from running normally, it is preferable to allow a couple of days to see if it remits or otherwise, go to the doctor or specialist to diagnose what may be causing this pain and, if we must, stop the workouts until we are again at 100%.
