What is the intervention?

The lower blepharoplasty can be done through two methods that differ by the way of boarding or place where the incision:

• Subciliar technique. In this case, the surgeon makes a small incision below the line of the eyelashes. Skin and muscle are elevated and fat bags are identified.
• Transconjunctival technique. In transconjunctival blepharoplasty, the incision is made at the bottom of the conjunctival sac. The fat bags are identified and treated in a similar way as in the subciliary technique.
  This operation, whatever the technique used, is also performed with local anesthesia and without admission.

After the operation
