On this occasion we have studied the behavior during the first semester of 2018 of the Facebook pages of 140 centers.

We believe that Facebook is the social channel of reference to create a community around a clinic or a healthcare professional. Through Facebook we communicate with users with the aim of establishing a firm relationship, attracting patients and strengthening SEO positioning. For that reason we have focused on analyzing this channel in order to gauge the social reputation of the clinics.
