4. ON THE BACKPACK ONLY THE ESSENTIALS!
Carrying weight in children's age is something that worries a lot and is the order of the day. We must prevent our children from carrying more weight than necessary to avoid possible future injuries. Organize the backpack to the children with the essentials, what they will use on that day. We must also consider the size and weight of the child when choosing the backpack. According to experts the weight of the content should not exceed 15% of the child's body weight.
5.ENERGY FOR THE DAY
Taking into account that it is advisable to perform all infant and adult diets 5 meals a day, we will consider the important option of providing our child with some of healthy pecking for mid-morning. The options that we can consider more convenient can be fruits, nuts, whole wheat bread snacks, among other ideas (always avoiding industrial pastries and excess sugar).

7.A RATITO ALWAYS FOR SPORTS
The child must do a sport that he likes, to fill and entertain him, so it would be good to observe and ask which ones he likes. Any time of the day is good for our children to remain active, whether it is an extracurricular sport or if they take advantage of recess to perform the exercise they enjoy most.
